Sub: Cessation of Directors on the Board of Directors of the Company
Ref: Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Dear Sirs,
We refer to our earlier communication dated 1st October 2020 Ref No FCL:SEC:SE:2020:176 in which we had submitted results on voting at the Annual General Meeting held on 29th September 2020 together with Scrutiniser's Report on evoting and a note attached therewith explaining that the negative votes cast is on the very basis of disputed shares which should have rightfully not been considered pending receiving Court orders since the matter is sub judice.
Subject to the aforesaid being held to be correct by the Hon'ble Courts, please note that following Directors of the Company would in such case have ceased to be Directors on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f 29th September 2020.
