Finnair has no need for further capitalisation in 2013

FINNAIR PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE MARCH, 16 2012 at 17:00 EET

The Ownership Steering Department in the Prime Minister's Office has published
a clarifying statement regarding Minister Heidi Hautala's comments that she
presented in her press conference yesterday morning and in Yle's A-studio
programme yesterday evening. Yle is the national public service broadcasting

Finnair confirms, that the company currently has neither plans nor needs for
further capitalization in 2013. Finnair's financial position is described in
