Composition of Finnair's Shareholders' Nomination Board

Finnair Plc Stock Exchange Release 14 June 2023 at 12.00 p.m. EEST The following persons have been appointed to Finnair's Shareholders' Nomination Board: Kimmo Viertola, Director General of the Ownership Steering Department in the Prime Minister's Office of Finland; Timo Sallinen, Senior Vice President, Investments, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company; and Hanna Hiidenpalo, Chief Investment Officer, Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company. According to the resolution by Finnair's 2023 Annual General Meeting, the Shareholders' Nomination Board is a permanent body in Finnair's corporate governance and consists of three members who are appointed annually. The now appointed Nomination Board will forward its proposals for the Annual General Meeting to Finnair's Board of Directors by 31 January 2024.
