FinLab AG announces successful placement of capital increase

Frankfurt/Main, 23 May 2017 – The management of FinLab AG (ISIN: DE0001218063; Ticker: A7A.GR) is pleased to announce that the current capital increase, which was resolved on May 16, 2017 and amounts to 10% of the current share capital, has been fully subscribed by international institutional investors. In total, 450,000 new registered shares have been successfully placed at a placement price of EUR 13,00 per share. The transaction was accompanied by Dero Bank AG, Munich.

FinLab will receive new funds (before transaction fees) of EUR 5.85 Mio. The new funds shall be used to expand the investment portfolio.
