**BRIDGE

GLOBAL CONFIRMS ACQUISITION OF MEJORITY SECURITIES LIMITED**

The Company has today executed an Agreement to acquire MEJority Securities Limited of Hong Kong.

The key commercial terms of that Agreement are described in the Company’s Notice of Annual General Meeting, also lodged today. The acquisition is subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally Mejority will have a right to nominate a Director for the Board of Bridge Global Capital management Limited if shareholder’s approve the transaction.
