Milano, 12 febbraio 2024

In attuazione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie a servizio del sistema incentivante 2023 - "Sistema 2023 PFA" autorizzato dall'Assemblea ordinaria degli Azionisti della Banca del 27 aprile 2023 e già oggetto di informativa anche ai sensi dell'art. 144-bis del Regolamento Emittenti Consob adottato con delibera n. 11971/1999 con riferimento al comunicato stampa del 6 febbraio 2024, FinecoBank comunica che, nel periodo tra il 7 febbraio e il 9 febbraio 2024, ha complessivamente acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., n. 21.000 azioni ordinarie Fineco, pari allo 0,00344% del capitale sociale, al prezzo medio di Euro 12,9 per azione, per un controvalore complessivo pari a Euro 270.900.

FinecoBank: Buy back program

Milan, February 12 th 2024

In implementation of the Treasury Shares purchasing programme for 2023 incentive system - "2023 PFA System¹ " authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting of April 27 th, 2023 and already communicated with press release dated February 6 th 2024 also pursuant to art. 144-bis of the Issuers Regulations adopted by Consob Resolution n. 11971/1999, FinecoBank reports that in the period from February 7 th and February 9 th 2024 it purchased a total of 21,000 ordinary shares of Fineco on the Euronext Milan Market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., equal to a value of 0.00344% of the share capital, at the average price of € 12.9 per share, for a total amount of € 270,900.
