In attuazione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie a servizio del sistema incentivante 2022 - "Sistema 2022 PFA" autorizzato dall'Assemblea ordinaria degli Azionisti della Banca del 28 aprile 2022 e già oggetto di informativa anche ai sensi dell'art. 144-bis del Regolamento Emittenti Consob adottato con delibera n. 11971/1999 con riferimento al comunicato stampa del 7 febbraio 2023, FinecoBank comunica che, nel periodo tra l'8 febbraio e il 10 febbraio 2023, ha complessivamente acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., n. 16.000 azioni ordinarie Fineco, pari allo 0,00262% del capitale sociale, al prezzo medio di Euro 16,994453 per azione, per un controvalore complessivo pari a Euro 271.911.

PRESS RELEASE
In implementation of the Treasury Shares purchasing programme for 2022 incentive system - "2022 PFA System1 " authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting of April 28th , 2022 and already communicated with press release dated February 7 th 2023 also pursuant to art. 144-bis of the Issuers Regulations adopted by Consob Resolution n. 11971/1999, FinecoBank reports that in the period from February 8 th and February 10th 2023 it purchased a total of 16,000 ordinary shares of Fineco on the Euronext Milan Market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., equal to a value of 0.00262% of the share capital, at the average price of € 16.994453 per share, for a total amount of € 271,911.
