FinecoBank: Conclusion of Treasury Shares Purchase Programme servicing the 2022 incentive system for Financial Advisors - "2022 PFA System"*

Milan, March 8 th, 2023

On March 8 th 2023, FinecoBank concluded the Treasury Shares purchase programme to service the 2022 incentive system "2022 PFA System", initiated on February 8 th 2023 and already disclosed to the market also pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Issuers Regulation adopted with resolution n. 11971/1999, with reference to the press release issued on February 7 th 2023, to which reference is made.

FinecoBank wishes to inform that on March 6 th 2023 it purchased on the Euronext Milan, n. 15,000 ordinary Fineco shares, equal to 0.00246% of share capital, at the average price of 16.50 Euro per share, for an overall value of 247,500 Euro.

Details of the transactions on a daily aggregated basis are provided below. Detail of each purchase is attached to this press release.

The purchase transactions were carried out in compliance with applicable legislation and regulations, as well as consistent with and within the limits indicated by the shareholders authorization and the related Board implementation resolution.

During the period of implementation of the Program considered as a whole (from February 8 th to March 8 th, 2023), FinecoBank purchased a total of 31,000 treasury shares, equal to 0.00508% of share capital, at an average unit price of 16.75520 Euro, for a value of 519,411 Euro.

At the date of this press release, the Bank holds 91,459 treasury shares, equal to 0.01499% of share capital.
