FinecoBank rende noto che, in data odierna, è stata messa a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.finecobank.com (Sezione "Governance / Assemblea Azionisti"), nonché sul sito internet del meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" gestito da Spafid Connect S.p.A. (), la documentazione avente ad oggetto la Relazione sulla politica in materia di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti del Gruppo FinecoBank per l'anno 2021, di cui ai punti 6 e 7 all'ordine del giorno della sessione ordinaria dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti convocata per il giorno 28 aprile 2021.
