FinecoBank: modifiche statutarie ed estratto del verbale notarile del Consiglio di Amministrazione

FinecoBank, facendo seguito al Comunicato Stampa diffuso in data 6 febbraio u.s., informa che il nuovo testo dello Statuto sociale, modificato all'articolo 5, comma 1, nonché l'estratto del verbale notarile del Consiglio di Amministrazione del 6 febbraio 2024 che ha deliberato in ordine alla predetta modifica statutaria relativa ai piani di incentivazione, sono a disposizione presso la sede sociale, pubblicati sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.finecobank.com, nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" gestito da Teleborsa (www.emarketstorage.it).
Lo Statuto è stato iscritto nel Registro delle Imprese di Milano Monza Brianza Lodi in data 15 febbraio 2024.

FinecoBank: amendment of Articles of Association and notarized extract of the minutes of the board of directors' meeting

FinecoBank, further to the Press Release of February 6, 2024, informs that the new text of the Articles of Association, amended to article 5, paragraph 1, and the notarial extract of the minutes of the of the Board of Directors' meeting held on February 6, 2024 at which the Directors adopted a resolution regarding the amendment of Articles of Association in connection with the incentive system, are now available to the public at the company headquarter, on the company website www.finecobank.com, and also on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE managed by Teleborsa available on .
The Articles of Association has been filed with the Company Register on February 15, 2024.
