FinecoBank, facendo seguito al Comunicato Stampa del 16 febbraio 2017, rende noto che il nuovo testo dello Statuto sociale modificato all'articolo 5, commi 1 e 8, a seguito della delibera assunta dal Consiglio di Amministrazione del 7 febbraio 2017 (con efficacia dal 31 marzo 2017) in esercizio della delega conferita dall'Assemblea straordinaria del 5 giugno 2014 ad aumentare gratuitamente il capitale a servizio dei piani di incentivazione a favore dei Dipendenti, è a disposizione presso la sede legale e la direzione generale della Società, pubblicato sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.finecobank.com, nonché messo a disposizione sul sito di Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
