In data odierna, il Consiglio di Amministrazione di FinecoBank ha approvato, inter alia, la Relazione sul Governo Societario e gli assetti proprietari relativa all'esercizio 2018 redatta ai sensi dell'art. 123-bis del Decreto legislativo 24 febbraio 1998, n. 58.
Detta Relazione sarà pubblicata, congiuntamente alla Relazione sulla gestione, sul sito internet della Società (Sezione "Governance/Assemblea Azionisti"), nei termini e con le modalità di legge, al più tardi 21 giorni prima dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti che sarà convocata per il 10 aprile 2019.
Approvazione della Politica Retributiva 2019 e della Politica dei Pagamenti di Fine Rapporto
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di FinecoBank ha inoltre approvato, inter alia, la Politica Retributiva 2019, redatta ai sensi della circolare di Banca d'Italia n. 285 del 17 dicembre 2013, nonché la Politica dei Pagamenti di Fine Rapporto.
Dette Politiche saranno pubblicate, sul sito internet della Società (Sezione "Governance/Assemblea Azionisti"), nei termini e con le modalità di legge, al più tardi 21 giorni prima dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti che sarà convocata per il 10 aprile 2019.

FinecoBank informs that, today, the Board of Directors has approved, amongst others, the 2018 FinecoBank Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structures drafted pursuant to Article 123-bis of the Legislative Decree no. 58 dated February 24th, 1998.
This Report – together with the management report – will be published on the Company's website ("Governance/Shareholders' Meeting" Section), at the latest, 21 days prior to the Annual Shareholders' Meeting to be called for April 10 th , 2019.
The Board of Directors has also approved, amongst others, the 2019 Compensation Policy drafted pursuant to Bank of Italy's circular no. 285 of December 17th, 2013 and the Termination Payments Policy.
The Policies will be published on the Company's website ("Governance/Shareholders' Meeting" Section), at the latest, 21 days prior to the Annual Shareholders' Meeting to be called for April 10 th , 2019.
