FinecoBank: Fineco Asset Management obtains the authorization to manage the Luxembourg mutual funds "CoreSeries"

Milan, June 1st , 2018

FinecoBank announces that Fineco Asset Management, the Irish Asset Management Company fully owned by the Bank, has obtained the authorization by Luxembourg authority Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier to replace Amundi Luxembourg S.A. in the management of the mutual funds labelled "Core Series".

The change is expected to be effective within July 2nd , 2018. As a consequence, Fineco Asset Management will be able to perform CoreSeries fund management activity.

As a remind, Fineco Asset Management has already obtained on May 17th , 2018 by the Central Bank of Ireland the authorization to perform asset management activities.
