FinecoBank: dimissioni Sindaco Effettivo
Milano, 5 ottobre 2020
FinecoBank S.p.A. rende noto che la dott.ssa Chiara Orlandini ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni dalla carica di Sindaco Effettivo, con effetto dal 12 ottobre 2020, per sopravvenuti impegni professionali.
Per l'effetto, ai sensi di legge e di statuto, a far data dal 12 ottobre 2020 e fino alla prossima Assemblea, subentrerà nella carica di Sindaco Effettivo il dott. Giacomo Ramenghi, attuale Sindaco Supplente.
Il curriculum vitae del dott. Ramenghi, già messo a disposizione del pubblico in occasione dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 28 aprile 2020 per la nomina dell'intero Collegio Sindacale, è consultabile sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.finecobank.com, nella Sezione Governance/Cariche Sociali.

FinecoBank: Resignation of a Statutory Auditor
Milan, 5 October 2020
FinecoBank informs that Ms. Chiara Orlandini resigned from her office as Statutory Auditor of the Company. The resignation, due to new professional commitments, shall have effect from 12th October 2020.
According to the rules of law and the provisions set forth in the Company's By-law, Mr. Giacomo Ramenghi, who was already an Alternate Auditor, shall replace Ms. Orlandini from 12th October as Statutory Auditor of the Company until the next Shareholders' Meeting.
The curriculum vitae of Mr. Ramenghi, already made available to the public at the Shareholders' Meeting held on 28 April 2020 for the appointment of the entire Board of Statutory Auditors, can be consulted on the Company's website at www.finecobank.com, in the Governance / Company Boards Section.
