FinecoBank: Board of Directors approved the constitution of an Irish asset management company

Milan, July 4th, 2017

Today, FinecoBank's Board of Directors approved the launch the project aimed at the constitution of a new Irish Asset Management Company, fully owned by the Bank.

The project aims at further strengthening the competitiveness of FinecoBank through a vertically integrated business model, and to diversify and improve the Bank's offer. The Asset Management Company will offer UCITS products, with a strategy focused on the definition of strategic asset allocation and on the selection of the best asset managers.

The start of the project is subject to all the approvals/authorizations envisaged by the relevant regulations, also within the Parent company..
