(), il verbale dell'Assemblea ordinaria e straordinaria di FinecoBank riunitasi il giorno 18 febbraio 2020 e il nuovo testo dello Statuto sociale, modificato agli artt. 13, 17 e 23 a seguito di delibera della predetta Assemblea.

(www.borsaitaliana.it) and on the website of the authorized storage mechanism system managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A. (). This is in accordance with regulations in force.
