COMUNICAZIONE DI VARIAZIONE DEL CAPITALE SOCIALE POST ESERCIZIO WARRANT MAGGIO 2020
Verdellino (BG), 3 giugno 2020
Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. ("Fine Foods" o la "Società"), facendo seguito a quanto comunicato in data odierna, rende nota la nuova composizione del capitale sociale (interamente sottoscritto e versato) che recepisce la variazione avvenuta a seguito dell'emissione di n. 26 azioni ordinarie, con conseguente aumento del capitale sociale per Euro 2,6 a seguito dell'esercizio di complessivi n. 300 warrant intervenuto nel corso del mese di maggio 2020.
La nuova composizione del capitale sociale di Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. è pertanto la seguente:

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN SHARE CAPITAL FOLLOWING TO WARRANT EXERCISE AS OF MAY 2020

Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. ("Fine Foods" or the "Company"), following to the press release issued today, hereby announces the current amount of the share capital (fully subscribed and paid) following the issuing of nr. 26 ordinary shares and the increase of the share capital for an amount of Euro 2.6 following the exercise of nr. 300 warrant during May 2020.
