("Fine Foods" o la "Società") rende noto che sono a disposizione del pubblico sul sito internet della Società www.finefoods.it le proposte di candidature per la nomina dei membri dei nuovi organi sociali della Società, corredate dalla relativa documentazione, presentate dagli azionisti Eigenfin S.r.l. e Inarcassa - Cassa Nazionale di Previdenza ed Assistenza, nonché le proposte di delibera presentate da Eigenfin S.r.l. da sottoporre all'Assemblea ordinaria e straordinaria della Società che si terrà, esclusivamente mediante mezzi di comunicazione, il 21 aprile 2021 alle ore 10:00, in unica convocazione.

FINE FOODS: NOTICE OF FILING OF THE PROPOSED CANDIDATES FOR NEW CORPORATE BODIES MEMBERS AND PROPOSED RESOLUTIONS FOR THE 21 APRIL 2021 SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. ("Fine Foods" or the "Company") has announced that the proposed candidates for new corporate bodies with the relevant documentation – presented by shareholders Eigenfin S.r.l. and Inarcassa (Cassa Nazionale di Previdenza ed Assistenza), and the resolution proposals - presented by Eigenfin S.r.l - are available to the public on the Company's website www.finefoods.it. They will be submitted to the remotely-held Company Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' meeting which will take place on 21 April 2021 at 10 am, on a single call.
