AVVISO DI INTEGRAZIONE DOCUMENTAZIONE PER L'ASSEMBLEA DEGLI AZIONISTI

S.p.A. comunica che in data odierna, a seguito delle dimissioni rassegnate in data 16 aprile 2020 dal Dottor Paolo Prandi, Sindaco effettivo di Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A., e a fronte della richiesta d'integrazione dell'agenda dei lavori assembleari formulata dal socio Eigenfin S.r.l., è stata depositata presso la sede legale della Società in Zingonia-Verdellino (BG), Via Berlino n. 39 la seguente ulteriore documentazione:

• Lettera di Eigenfin S.r.l. concernente la richiesta di integrazione dei lavori assembleari.
• Curriculum vitae dei candidati.

La documentazione è altresì disponibile sul sito di Fine Foods www.finefoods.it, nella sezione Investor Relations/ Assemblee.

Si segnala infine che i Moduli Delega sono stati aggiornati per includere la sopracitata richiesta d'integrazione dei lavori assembleari.

NOTICE OF SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING DOCUMENTATION FILING

Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. announces that today, following the resignation dated 16 April 2020 by Mr. Paolo Prandi, Statutory Auditor of Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A., and in response to the request for integration of the agenda of the Meeting formulated by the shareholder Eigenfin S.r.l., the following additional documentation was filed at the Company's registered office in Zingonia-Verdellino (BG), Via Berlino n. 39:

• Letter from Eigenfin S.r.l. concerning the request for integration of the Meeting Works
• Curriculum Vitae of the candidates.

The documentation is available on the Fine Foods website www.finefoods.it, in the Investor Relations/Shareholders' Meetings section.

The Proxy Forms have been updated to include the aforementioned request for the integration of the Shareholders' Meeting.
