Vortiv Limited (ASX: VOR) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Vortiv Limited (‘VOR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of VOR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 8 December 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Re: Request for Trading Halt
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Vortiv Limited (Vortiv) requests that an immediate trading halt be granted by ASX with respect to Vortiv’s securities (ASX Code: VOR).
Set out below is the information required by Listing Rule 17.1:

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by Vortiv in relation to the execution of a binding Share Purchase Agreement for an acquisition by Vortiv Limited.

The trading halt is requested until the commencement of trading on Wednesday 8 December 2021 or such earlier time as Vortiv makes an announcement to update the market.

Vortiv is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

Vortiv is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
