Entitlement Offer – Attaching Options
Vortiv Limited (ASX: VOR or “the Company”) wishes to confirm the status of the Options that are attaching to both the Entitlement Offer and the subsequent Director Placement both of which are to be issued under the same terms.
Security type: Attaching Options Security description: Class A December 2021 Options
Proposed Issue date for Attaching Options under the Entitlement Offer: 21 January 2022
Proposed Issue date for Attaching Options under the Director Placement: 24 January 2022
We refer to the following ASX Announcements:

Proposed Issue of Securities (App 3B) dated 8 December 2021, and

Amendment to the above Proposed Issue of Securities (App 3B) dated 20 December 2021 advising that quotation is being sought for the attaching options.
Please note that quotation for these securities cannot be sought during the period of the Entitlement Offer. Quotation will, instead, be sought once the offer is closed providing that the Attaching Options meet the ASX guidelines for new quoted securities.
