Appointment of Joint Company Secretary
Vortiv Limited (ASX: VOR or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that Alastair Beard has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary of Vortiv Limited. Alastair has over five years of experience as an officer of ASX listed companies in both Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary roles. Alastair is currently the Company Secretary for Respiri Ltd (ASX: RSH) and the CFO for Registry Direct Limited (ASX: RD1).
Alastair Beard will be working with Mr Phil MacLeod who will remain with the Company in the role of Joint Company Secretary.
The directors are pleased to welcome Alastair on board and look forward to the additional capacity that he will provide the Company in his role.
