Transaction Solutions International Limited (“TSN” or “the Company”) advises that due to recent executive work commitments external to TSN, Mr James Carroll will be resigning as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from the end of the TSN financial year of 31 March 2016.

The Board of TSN would like to thank Mr Carroll for his valuable contribution to the Company as a Non-Executive Director and wish him well with his future endeavours.
