COMUNICATO STAN Trieste, 17 June, 2024

Following the press release issued on 12 June 2024, Fincantieri S.p.A. ("Fincantieri") announces that - in execution of the resolution approved by the Board of Directors on 11 June 2024 - the reverse stock split of the 1,699,651,360 existing Fincantieri ordinary shares (ISIN code IT0001415246, coupon no. 3) into 169,965,136 newly issued Fincantieri ordinary shares (ISIN code IT0005599938, coupon no. 1) with the same characteristics as the outstanding ordinary shares, based on the ratio of 1 new ordinary share for every 10 existing ordinary shares, took place today (the "Reverse Stock Split"). As previously announced in the press release dated 12 June 2024, the official price of Fincantieri ordinary shares recorded on Euronext Milan on 14 June 2024, for the purposes of valuing the fractions generated by the application of the Reverse Stock Split ratio, is equal to €0.5192.
