CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS

Trieste, October 6, 2022 – FINCANTIERI S.p.A. ("Fincantieri" or the "Company"), listed on the Euronext Milan market, regarding what already published on April 26, 2022, announces that, in compliance with the provisions of art. 2.6.2., no. 1, lett. b) – Title 2.6 – Part 2 – of the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the interim financial information for the first nine months of 2022 will take place on November 7, 2022.

The market will be promptly notified of any amendments to the date.
