FINCANTIERI: AMENDMENT TO THE CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS FOR 2018

Trieste, March 12, 2018 – FINCANTIERI S.p.A. announces that the Board of Directors' meeting for the approval of the Consolidated financial statements and draft financial statements of FINCANTIERI S.p.A. at December 31, 2017 will be held on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 instead of Thursday March 22, 2018 as previously announced.

The calendar of corporate events for 2018 is available online at www.fincantieri.com.

The market will be promptly notified of any further amendments to the corporate events calendar.
