NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF THE UPDATED BY-LAWS

FINCANTIERI S.p.A. ("Fincantieri" or the "Company") informs that, following the registration in the Register of Companies of Trieste on June 18, 2024, the new text of the By-laws, also with highlight of the amendments made after the reverse stock split that took place on June 17, 2024, is available to the public at the Company's registered office in Trieste, on the Company's website (www.fincantieri.com) in the section "Governance and Ethics - Corporate Governance System - Bylaws" and on the website of the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().
