NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF THE AMENDED COMPANY'S BY- LAWS

Trieste, 11 June 2018 – FINCANTIERI S.p.A. informs that the new text of the Company's Bylaws, also highlighting the amendments approved by the extraordinary Shareholders' meeting held on May 11, 2018, is available to the public as well at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website (www.fincantieri.com) in the section "Governance – Corporate Governance System" and on eMarket STORAGE (), the website dedicated to the centralized storage of regulated information.
