PUBLICATION OF THE SLATES OF CANDIDATES FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS OF FINCANTIERI S.p.A.
Trieste, May 18, 2020 – FINCANTIERI S.p.A. ("Fincantieri" or the "Company") informs that the following slates of candidates for the appointment of the Standing Auditors and the Alternate Auditors, duly submitted by the shareholders, in accordance with applicable laws, are made available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website (www.fincantieri.com) in the section "Ethics & Governance – Shareholders' Meeting – Shareholders' Meeting 2020" and on the website of the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ():
