FINCANTIERI: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS INTEGRATES THE SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE

Rome, 22 June 2016 – The Board of Directors of FINCANTIERI S.p.A. ("Fincantieri" or the "Company"), which met yesterday 21 June 2016, chaired by Ambassador Giampiero Massolo, has resolved to appoint the independent Director Mrs. Nicoletta Giadrossi as a new member of the Sustainability Committee, in addition to those already appointed on 8 June 2016. As of today, the Sustainability Committee, established on a voluntary basis on 8 June 2016, is composed by the Chairman Mr. Gianfranco Agostinetto and the members Mr. Simone Anichini, Mr. Massimiliano Cesare and Mrs. Nicoletta Giadrossi.
