TRADING HALT

The securities of Finbar Group Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday 13 April 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Finbar Group limited – Request for Trading Halt

Finbar Group Limited (ASX: FRI) (the Company) requests that ASX Limited grant an immediate trading halt with respect to its ordinary shares.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

• The Company requests the trading halt in relation to a proposed capital raising.

• The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 13 April 2018 unless before that time the Company requests that the trading halt be lifted.

• The Company expects that the release of the announcement regarding the proposed capital raising will be the event that lifts the halt.

• The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
