CIVIC SITE SCHEME AMENDMENT UPDATE
Perth, 25 August 2017: Western Australia’s leading apartment developer Finbar Group Limited (ASX: FRI) ( Finbar or the Company ) advises that further to Finbar’s announcement dated 11 August 2017, the City of South Perth Council has unanimously resolved to initiate the proposed scheme amendment.
In accordance with City policy and statutory requirements, the amendment will be assessed and determined by government agencies following a period of community consultation.
