COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT: FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

RE: COMPLETION UPDATE

We refer to our announcement on 2 May 2007 and advise that the fitles for each individual unit at the company's Avena Apartments project in Rivervale have now issued from Landgate. As such, settlement formalities have commenced.

Works at Sol Apartments have reached a stage of practical completion. Practical completions for Altair and Soho are also imminent.

A further update will be provided once titles have issued for these projects.
