APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board of Directors of Finbar Group Limited (ASX:FRI) (“Finbar” or “the Group”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Edward Bank as Company Secretary to the Group and its subsidiaries.

Edward (Ed) Bank has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2005 and was previously Company Secretary of the group between 2010 and 2013.

Mr Bank is a Certified Practicing Accountant with 24 years’ experience in private practice including 12 years’ experience as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and will also continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer of the Group.

The Board extends its thanks to the Company’s outgoing Company Secretary, Mr Anthony Hewett for his contribution for the past two and a half years.
