Dear Shareholder
You are invited to attend the 2021 Annual General meeting ( AGM ) of Finbar Group Limited ( Finbar or the Company ), which will take place on Tuesday 19 October 2021.
Given the significant health concerns attributed to the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to guidelines and restrictions issued by Australian state and federal governments, Finbar will be facilitating both an in person AGM as well hosting a live webcast to give all Shareholders the opportunity to observe the meeting through an online platform.
In accordance with the temporary modifications to the Corporations Act introduced by the Commonwealth Treasurer, the Company is not sending hard copies of the Notice of Meeting to shareholders.
This letter provides information to Shareholders as to how to obtain the relevant documents and participate in or observe the AGM.

Where possible, we encourage Shareholders to attend the meeting in person as it will give you the opportunity to engage with Directors and Management.
If you do not reside in Western Australia or have difficulties in attending in-person, the meeting will be broadcast online via a webinar.
Online Webinar Broadcast
For those Shareholders or other stakeholders wishing to observe proceedings and watch the Company presentation, the AGM will be broadcast live by way of webcast.
Registration is required to access the webinar. To register, please visit www.meetfinbar.com.au. A link will be automatically emailed to you upon registration which will grant you access to the webinar.
How to Vote
Only Shareholders (or their proxies) may vote at the AGM.
No voting will be possible through the webinar platform so we invite all Shareholders who will not be attending in-person to submit their proxy forms in accordance with the instructions on the proxy form attached to this letter.
Proxy forms may be submitted online, via mail, or by fax in accordance with the detailed instructions contained on the proxy form.
How to Ask Questions
All stakeholders are invited to watch and listen to the AGM. However, only Shareholders (or their proxies) may ask questions at the AGM.
For Shareholders attending by the live webcast who may have questions, please submit your questions in advance of the AGM.
Questions can be submitted 48 hours prior to the meeting by visiting www.meetfinbar.com.au and clicking on the ‘Questions’ tab at the top of the page.

Updates or Changes
As the situation regarding COVID-19 restrictions constantly change and evolve, the Company may need to make alternate arrangements in the way the meeting is held if it is subsequently unable to facilitate a meeting in person. If this occurs, we will notify any changes by way of a company announcement on the ASX company announcements platform.

Voting 100% of your holding: Direct your proxy how to vote by marking one of the boxes opposite each item of business. If you do not mark a box your proxy may vote or abstain as they choose (to the extent permitted by law). If you mark more than one box on an item your vote will be invalid on that item.
Voting a portion of your holding: Indicate a portion of your voting rights by inserting the percentage or number of securities you wish to vote in the For, Against or Abstain box or boxes. The sum of the votes cast must not exceed your voting entitlement or 100%.
Appointing a second proxy: You are entitled to appoint up to two proxies to attend the meeting and vote on a poll. If you appoint two proxies you must specify the percentage of votes or number of securities for each proxy, otherwise each proxy may exercise half of the votes. When appointing a second proxy write both names and the percentage of votes or number of securities for each in Step 1 overleaf.

SIGNING INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTAL FORMS
Individual: Where the holding is in one name, the securityholder must sign.
Joint Holding: Where the holding is in more than one name, all of the securityholders should sign.
Power of Attorney: If you have not already lodged the Power of Attorney with the registry, please attach a certified photocopy of the Power of Attorney to this form when you return it.
Companies: Where the company has a Sole Director who is also the Sole Company Secretary, this form must be signed by that person. If the company (pursuant to section 204A of the Corporations Act 2001) does not have a Company Secretary, a Sole Director can also sign alone. Otherwise this form must be signed by a Director jointly with either another Director or a Company Secretary. Please sign in the appropriate place to indicate the office held. Delete titles as applicable.
