Update on Share Consolidation

Orca Energy Limited (ASX: OGY) advises that as a result of the 1:20 capital consolidation, its securities will be trading temporarily under the ASX codes OGYDA as below:

1. The consolidation process commenced and the securities trade under OGYDA (ordinary shares) effective 9 December 2011. The number of OGYDA is on a consolidated basis.
