  • Drilling and helicopter contractors have been confirmed for the upcoming maiden drill programme at White Bear (Quebec, Canada).

  • FIN is awaiting final approval from Hydro Quebec for the drill programme, which is expected in the coming weeks.

  • The Company remains in a great position to start 2024, fully funded for the initial phase (1,500m) of the drill programme at White Bear which is still expected to commence during Q1 2024.

Drilling Approvals Progressing at Cancet West

Fin Resources Limited (ASX: FIN) (“FIN” or the “Company”) is pleased to advise that drilling approvals for an all-encompassing 5,000m diamond drilling programme at the White Bear Lithium Discovery in Quebec, Canada are well progressed, with logistics and contractors now confirmed for the programme. Mercator Geological Services and FIN are aggressively prioritising this programme for drilling to begin within Q1 2024.

The final approval from Hydro Quebec is expected in the coming weeks.

This will be a very exciting maiden drilling programme for the Company at White Bear beginning with a fully funded initial phase of approximately 1,500m.

The drilling program is designed to test a coarse spodumene-bearing lithium mineralised zone, identified over an approximately 300m strike by 100m at its widest within five pegmatite outcrops at White Bear. Previous rock chip samples from the area include (refer ASX announcement 20 November 2024) 6.50% Li2O (138181) and 6.85% Li2O (138182).

The Company looks forward to updating shareholders regarding the commencement of drilling at White Bear at Cancet West in due course.
