REINSTATEMENT TO OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The securities of M Health Limited (the "Company") will be reinstated to official quotation from the commencement of trading on Friday, 24 September 2004, following the completion of a capital raising.

REINSTATEMENT OF SECURITIES TO OFFICIAL QUOTATION -M HEALTH LIMITED

The securities of M Health Limited (formerly Metabolism Health Limited, the "Company") were suspended from official quotation on 15 January 2004. A Voluntary Administrator was appointed to the Company on 19 January 2004.

Following the termination of the Voluntary Administrator on 8 July 2004 and the recent completion of a capital raising, the Company's securities will be reinstated to official quotation from the commencement of trading on Friday, 24 September 2004.

Upon reinstatement, the Company will have the following securities:
