CHANGE OF AUDITOR
Fin Resources Limited (ASX: FIN) (the “Company”) advises that in accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, BDO Audit Pty Ltd (“BDO Audit”) has been appointed as auditor of the Company. The appointment follows the resignation of Stantons International Audit and Consulting Pty Ltd (“Stantons”) and ASIC’s consent to the resignation in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act).
The change of auditor arose as a result of undertaking a review of external audit arrangements and prevailing commercial terms. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Stantons for its assistance and professional services provided as the Company’s auditor.
In accordance with s327C of the Act, a resolution will be proposed at the Company’s next Annual General Meeting to confirm the appointment of BDO Audit as auditor.
