Resignation of Mr Gautam Varma as Managing Director
Mr Gautam Varma has tendered his resignation as Managing Director of the Company effective immediately. Mr Varma will however continue with the Company as a Consultant for a period of three (3) months pursuant to the terms of his Consultancy Services Agreement dated 17 January 2022. The Company extends its sincere appreciation to Gautam for his efforts and contribution to the Company whilst on the Board and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Appointment of Mr Aaron Bertolatti as Non-Executive Director
FIN is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Aaron Bertolatti as a Non-Executive Director of the Company effective immediately. Mr Bertolatti has served as FIN’s Company Secretary since September 2014 and brings to the Board extensive experience in the administration of ASX listed companies, corporate governance and corporate finance.
