Former Galaxy Resources Executive Appointed
as Technical Director
Fin Resources Limited (ASX: FIN ) ( FIN or the Company ) is pleased to advise that Mr. Brian Talbot has been appointed to its Board of Directors as a Technical Director effective as of today.
Mr Talbot has over 25 years’ experience in the mining, minerals and chemical processing sector and holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with Honours. Mr Talbot was previously Galaxy Resources Limited’s head of Australian Operations and the technical lead for the development of the evaporation ponds and chemical processing of lithium salts.
The Company intends to seek shareholder approval for the issue of 7.5 million Director Performance Options to Mr Talbot, exercisable at $0.00001 with vesting conditions of 5-day VWAPs of $0.054 (2.5m Options), $0.072 (2.5m Options) and $0.09 (2.5m Options) and expiring on 5 July 2026.
