The Board of Orca Energy Limited (Orca or the Company) provides the following update on its recent activities and ongoing strategy.

Whilst acknowledging the longer than expected time it has taken to identify and subsequently enter into a transaction suitable for the purposes of having its shares re-quoted and trading on the ASX, the Board continues to work diligently in pursuing such an objective. Notwithstanding the considerable number of transactions that have failed to materialise over the past 12-months, despite best endeavours, current opportunities in the mineral resources sector remain under review and the Company is hopeful of entering into such a transaction in the short term. In light of the delays to date, the Board has made the decision to suspend all Director and corporate advisory fees until further notice, effective immediately.

Orca and its Board would like to again thank all shareholders for their continued patience and looks forward to updating them again in the near term.
