VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

The Board of Orca Energy Limited (ASX: OGY) hereby request a voluntary suspension of the Company’s securities.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information in relation to this request:

• A trading halt in the trading of the Company’s securities was granted on Wednesday, 22 June 2016, pending an announcement in relation to a proposed acquisition and Chapter 11 transaction;

• The details of the proposed acquisition shall be the subject of an announcement that the Company expects to make within the next 5 business days;
