In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 Orca Energy Limited (ASX: OGY) advises that Ms Sara Kelly has been appointed to the role of Joint Company Secretary effective 1 April 2014.

Ms Kelly replaces Ms Shannon Robinson as Joint Company Secretary. The Company would like to thank Ms Robinson for her services over the period she has been Company Secretary.
