In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Board of Fin Resources Limited ( ASX: FIN ) (the “ Company” ) advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, 21 October 2022.
A formal notice in respect of the Annual General Meeting is being prepared by the Company and will be announced and a link to the formal notice and proxy form will be provided to Shareholders when published later this month.

An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of Directors. The closing date for the receipt of any nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is 9 September 2022 (the “ Closing Date ”). Nominations must be received no later than 5:00pm (AWST) on the Closing Date at the Company’s registered office address.
