General Meeting – Change in Format

Fin Resources Limited (ASX: FIN) (“Fin” or the “Company”) advises that, following the lockdown associated with the Covid-19 pandemic in the Perth and Peel regions from 29 June to 3 July 2021, there will need to be a change in format to the General Meeting to be held at 10.00am (AWST) on Wednesday, 30 June 2021. The Meeting will now be conducted via webcast as the Company is not able to allow Shareholders to physically attend at a venue.

Virtual Meeting details

The Advanced Share Registry Virtual Meeting portal enables shareholders to view a live stream of the Meeting, ask the Board a question and lodge a Poll Instruction.
