Publication of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022
Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the aerospace, defence, telecoms infrastructure and critical communications markets, announces that the Company will today post the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 May 2022 and the notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") 2022 to those shareholders who have requested paper copies.
The Annual Report and Accounts can be found under the Financial Reports & Presentations section of the Filtronic website https://filtronic.com/investors/financial-reports/ and the AGM Notice can be found under Annual General Meeting at https://filtronic.com/investors/agm-notice/.
The AGM will be held on Thursday 27 October 2022 at 11.00am at Plexus Building, NETPark, Thomas Wright Way, Sedgefield, Co Durham, TS21 3FD.
