ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS - REPLACEMENT

Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of antennas, filters and mmWave products for the wireless telecoms and critical communications markets announces it is replacing the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2019 published on 23 October 2019 due to a required change to the signature date.

The Annual Report and Accounts were approved for release by both the Board of Filtronic plc and its auditor on 22 October 2019 and to go to print. However, through oversight, the statutory documents were not signed by the then CEO on this same date. Our auditors have subsequently advised us that we need to address this technicality by reissuing the Annual Report and Accounts with a new signature date of 14 November 2019.

The financial statements originally published on 23 October 2019 remain unchanged in all respects except for the following revisions:

1)    The signatory and signature date on statements previously attributed to Rob Smith, the former CEO, have been updated; and

2)    Reference has been added, where relevant, to Rob Smith's resignation, as previously announced by RNS on 1 November 2019.

The updated version of the Annual Report and Accounts, with the new signature date, is  available in the Investors section of  the website at: http: www.filtronic.com.
