Publication of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019
Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of antennas, filters and mmWave products for the critical communications and wireless telecoms markets, announces that the Company will today post the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 May 2019 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") 2019 to those shareholders who have requested paper copies.
A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are also available on the Company's website at: www.filtronic.com/investors
The AGM will be held on Wednesday 27 November 2019 at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, 1 Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5AB.
