Publication of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2016

Filtronic plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 May 2016, and the notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), have been posted to shareholders today.

The AGM will be held on Thursday, 29 September 2016 at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of KPMG LLP, One Sovereign Square, Sovereign Street, Leeds, LS1 4DA.
